Custom Orthotics

I'd give Tammy six stars if I could. Because of her excellent knowledge, expertise, and diligence, I've continued to be able to do what I love. Without her orthotics, I struggle with persistent injuries and discomfort. With her orthotics, I'm able to enjoy running and racing. Over the years she has made me a number of pairs, all of which I'm still using. They are durable and comfortable. I'm so grateful for Tammy and all the services she provides. Thank you so much!

I've been a client of Tammy's since 2022. I have very little dorsiflexion and essentially walk on 2 bricks instead of feet. I was in pain nearly daily and running was a pipe dream. Tammy is a master of her craft and a wonderful person. She is extremely knowledgeable, down to earth, and incredibly helpful. I am so glad I found her! Today, I can run a 55 minute 10k and have maintained 10,000 steps per day for 651 days. That's mostly thanks to Tammy and the orthotics she makes for me and the bricks I call feet. I would encourage you to run, not walk, to see Tammy. If you can't run now, my guess is after spending some time with her you'll be able to just fine.

I have gone to Tammy for years, and her time & attention to detail for my orthotics has kept me going in tennis and now pickleball. She rocks!

Tammy is the best in the business! If you need orthotics or have any pain related to your feet,hips, back you have to see Tammy! She helped me go from knee and hip pain to no pain!

When my husband moved in next door to Tammy, she told him she could make orthotics to help with my myriad feet issues. I doubted it. I've worn orthotics for over 30 years, and as I move a lot, I've had a lot of different podiatrists and a lot of orthotics. Sometimes they help for a long while, sometimes not at all, but extensive foot surgery two years ago made things worse and placed me firmly into the disabled category. I limped badly. It hurt with every step. I went up the stairs with my other foot first, step-together-step-together. But when I went to visit, I let her make me orthotics. She's right, they were magic. From the first step I wasn't staggering like a drunkard. Within five days I was going up stairs normally. There is still some pain, but it is tolerable after what I've been through. And I wonder if all the degenerative issues in my feet, my ankle and knee could have been avoided if I had these orthotics in my life 30 years ago.

I have been suffering from a posterior tibial nerve injury for months, and was referred to Tammy by my PT at Boulder Orthopedics. The entire experience was like no other. She was accommodating, and saw me late on a Friday afternoon after I finished work. She listened to me empathetically, and picked up on several nuances of my problem. She went out of her way to help me, and I literally got tears in my eyes when I slipped on those orthotics. I am finally able to walk without an explosion of nerves under my foot. The healing process can finally, finally begin. I am profoundly grateful.

I’m 66, pretty active and have experienced lower back pain for about 20 years. I have really high arches and have tried for years to find a commercial insole that gave me support. Tammy is awesome - she’s helped me a ton with a lot of the discomfort I was having with some bunion issues to continue to compete at ultramarathons which have ranged from Bighorn, Leadville, HURT, to now Badwater. I am a unique case in that I experienced a spinal cord injury 10+ years ago. I am paralyzed below my knees and my balance is pretty compromised. However, I am able to walk with the help of braces. Unfortunately, I'm constantly fighting with my feet and my balance. Tammy recently fitted me with custom orthotics that changed my world! I am now more balanced which allows me to focus on using my muscles to correctly to support a more proper gate instead of fighting my feet so much. In fact, I was so happy with the orthotics, I returned to Tammy to have her make me two more pairs so I don't need to swap them between shoes all the time. I was looking to replace some old, broken orthotics and Tammy at Elite Feet was recommended to me. She was fantastic. She first had me walk around and she was able to tell me exactly what my body needed to improve my alignment. She made some new orthotics for my everyday and running shoe use. She worked some magic under my toes to really minimize the pain from my bone spurs. I had been also using all sorts of wedges, inserts etc for my cycling shoes. Tammy made a pair specifically for cycling that allowed me to eliminate all of that. They helped me put more power to the pedals and fix the knee pain I had been having. I just had her make me a pair for my new hiking boots (which she helped me pick out) and another pair for my XC and telemark ski boots. Tammy is a rare find!
