Kayleigh proudly sharing her medal after finishing the 2023 Austin, TX half marathon. Kayleigh is a dedicated marathon runner as she is planning on participating in the 127th Boston Marathon and New York City marathons this year. She is the first person with Down’s Syndrome to finish the Austin Marathon.
